We are a group of teachers
scattered around the world. While we were all together this summer, sitting around sipping iced tea (Southern Style) and discussing
how to share the exciting lessons we were developing, it occurred to us that other teachers would like access to these lessons,
too. Thus, Resources for Dynamic Education was born!
Dr. Donna Henson-Boyers
has taught for the for the past 27 years as an elementary classroom teacher, middle school science teacher, Gifted and Talented
coordinator, and Science Mentor Teacher. She is currently an Educational Technology Specialist for Department
of Defense Dependent Schools, helping teachers use technology to enhance their curriculum. She also teaches
graduate courses in Using Technology in the Classroom and Methods of Teaching Hands-On Math and Science.
“Dr. Donna” received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 1997,
and earned her doctorate in Educational
and Assistive Technology from the University of Tennessee.
